Turn everyday conversations into opportunities to build trust and enhance customer relationships. This course helps chimney professionals engage in safe, professional conversations even when confronted with awkward or unconventional situations.
How To Register:
After filling in and submitting the registration for below, we will review and send you a link to this online course video. Upon completion of the video, you will be asked to complete a knowledge assessment.
- Minimum passing score on assessment: 80%
- Each participant is allowed two (2) chances to pass the knowledge assessment
- There are no CEUs for this class, but passing will go toward the appropriate CPGP level (Copperfield Specialist)
