Understanding how every interaction shapes the customer’s perception of our company. Whether you’re on the phone, email, or text, you represent the brand. We will focus on creating customer communication and procedures.

How To Register:

After filling in and submitting the registration form below, we will review and send you a link to this online course video. Upon completion of the video, you will be asked to complete a knowledge assessment.

- Minimum passing score on assessment: 80%
- Each participant is allowed two (2) chances to pass the knowledge assessment

- There are no CEUs for this class, but passing will go toward the appropriate CPGP level (Copperfield Specialist)
